A short absence while I adjusted to being tired all of the time from the weather, and then getting outside to do some yard work. An absence from writing posts, not quilting.
I have finished a couple of baby quilts for the new baby that's coming in July. A few appliqued planes make it better.
And then there is the pieced quilt. I really like this one.
I have also been working on the quilt for the library show. The theme is mystery books. Well I love Nancy Drew.
I still have to bind this one and get it turned in, but the show isn't until May 10. It is wall hanging size.
And last, but not least, I have two more squares done for the Quilt Doodles BOM.
So yeah, I've been busy. I have also been following your blogs everyday as well. Happy sewing!
Your Dresdens are very nice! And as a Nancy Drew fan, I love the wall hanging.
ReplyDeleteThe Dresden's are from Quilt Doodles BOM. It' a really cute one. I love Nancy Drew also. Thank you.
DeleteHi, Terry - thanks for linking at BOMs Away. :D Nice work on the Dresdens, and I also love Nancy Drew. I remember reading all three of those books!
ReplyDeleteThank you, I couldn't put those books down once I started reading them.
ReplyDeleteTerry - I love, love, LOVE the Nancy Drew quilt!! And we have a new baby coming in September - we don't know if it's a boy or a girl but I love the airplanes and the pieced - that ducky is so cute. ~smile~
