It's A Road Trip!

Yay!  Another road trip today with my friends Vera and Marilyn.  We drove down to Farwell and Clare to check out a couple of quilt stores and we all came home with something.  We also stopped at a place called Cops and Doughnuts and had a great lunch.  The waitress wore a shirt that said 'inmate', ha ha imagine that.

Anyway, here is what I got and can't wait to start working with.  I am forcing myself to keep working on my current quilt but I don't know how long I can hold out.


When I got home I took a nap...why am I always tired?

After dinner I got busy and finished all of the Cabin Fever blocks, Ta Dah!


And now I am going to bed.  Have a good one!

    I'm in Saginaw and I STILL have never gone to Cops and Doughnuts, despite years of glowing reviews. One of these days! Your cabin fever blocks are lovely. I seem to be turning into a napper, too. Maybe it's the lack of sunshine! :)

      Lack of sun could certainly be the culprit! Thanks I like the blocks myself. The cop place was very busy, doughnuts selling like hot cakes. The food was pretty good too.
