Here it is with the hanger and cord attached to it.

A close up of the center of it.

Sure hope he likes it!

All of the packages are now in the mail - whoo hoo!

Getting Ready For Christmas

Getting Ready For Christmas

Bringing Home The Tree

Hi everyone,  are you as busy as I am getting ready for all the Christmas happenings?  I've been busy shopping and making Christmas gifts, getting ready for the parties, and a trip to my sister's home in SD for Christmas.

I made one Grandson a Christmas quilt and matching pillow case.  He loved the last quilt I made him and I know he will love this one too.  It is so satisfying to make things for others. (Sorry it is blurry)

I have also made about 14 Christmas pillow cases for gifts.  They are fast to make and make a cute gift for those special people you know.

Today I will be mailing a couple of boxes to family out of state, and I still have to find a box that some presents will fit in for another family member.  Also have to finish sewing the binding on a Christmas wall hanging for one of my sons that just moved into his new home.  Will show it when I'm done.

Tonight there is a Christmas party with a pot luck dinner so I have to get ready for that as well.

Hope your day is fun and stress free as you bustle about gettin ready for Christmas.

Some Past projects

I was devastated when I lost my other blogs after years of keeping them up.  I thought perhaps I would add some photos of past projects that were on my other quilting blog.

I did several of these barn squared but still haven't put them all together in a quilt!

This cute Halloween wall hanging was done for a grandson

One of my Christmas table runners

A Thanksgiving table runner

So those are a few things from the past and hope to make many more, lol.

Quilting Fun

Ever since losing my other blogs (accident by me)  I haven't been able to keep up with posting, and wasn't even reading all the blogs I had been following.  Silly me!  But to be honest I have been really busy this year with other things.

So now it is time to get back to business, back to sewing, and back to posting and reading blogs.  I have to reconnect with everyone as they formerly knew me from "Quilting With Terry and The Cats."

Hope you will enjoy my quilting projects and follow along.
